Mikayla Cluxton established Southern Sassafras Marketing upon recognizing the dedicated efforts of practice owners. She had several family members working in the healthcare industry and watched them invest countless hours in business operations without knowing how to elevate it further. Mikayla started her career by working with various healthcare and med tech companies and saw the pattern repeating.
Many passionate healthcare providers excel in the clinical aspects of running a practice, yet they often lack the time or energy to delve into effective marketing strategies essential for their business success. Balancing numerous responsibilities makes it challenging to take on yet another role when you're already wearing multiple hats!

Our launch website can be done within 10 business days once all content is received. Any custom website can take 2-4 weeks and adding Branding Support can take an additional 1-2 weeks.
How long does the process take?
We prefer WordPress or Webflow because of the SEO capabilities. However, we can build on any platform you prefer.
What platform do you use?
Yes. Copywriting is included with any of our custom websites. If you decide to go with our Launch Website, we'll provide AI prompts and templates to write your own copy!
Can you help with copywriting?
Yes, we can offer a payment plan!
Do you offer Payment plans?
We can help with SEO once your website is done. BUT it's not required. You can walk away with full ownership of your website. If you would like support, we can talk options.
